When are the shops open?

Following the health crisis, are shops are gradually re-opening and working shorter hours to allow for flexibility in our teams. Our Brighton shop is now open and we hope to have all our shops open in some form by 20th June 2020.

Can we buy online?

Yes, just click on our shop online page to find a selection of our favourite toys.

I can’t find the toys that I saw in the shops?

We are always going out and finding new toys to put in our shops, but wait until we know that everyone loves them before putting them in our webshop. If you have seen something you love, just email with a description and we can put together an order just for you. Sometimes, particularly when we work with a very small supplier, it may not be possible to obtain the product immediately, but we will do our best.

How do you deliver?

We use Royal Mail second class for most small packages and a delivery company based in Brighton for larger or bulky deliveries. Our deliveries are usually packed and shipped the next day and should arrive with you within three working days. If they don’t, please let us know.

We offer a free delivery service using Royal Mail Second Class or a First Class option at £3.95.

Do you deliver abroad?

We are always happy to organise shipping abroad. However, as we are sure you know, the prices are dependent on the country and the size of the product. Just let us know where you are and what you want and we will organise it as fast as we can. Unfortunately, we can do not extend our current free delivery offer to overseas deliveries.

Can you make a delivery to a child who lives somewhere else?

Of course, and we can even gift wrap the present and write a card on your behalf.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, these are available online or in our shop. If you buy a gift voucher, we will post a card to the recipient with all the details, and they can use it in the shops or online. They will have one year to use it. Unfortunately, we can only use the voucher as a full payment and are not able to give change from a gift voucher.
